Cadence Leadership + Communication

Cadence Leadership + Communication is a leadership development firm whose coaches, courses, and podcast help organizations grow stronger leaders. The project was a full migration from WordPress to Webflow, designed and built from the ground up to give Cadence a clearer, more confident web presence. Bryan Kulba led the web strategy and copywriting, shaping a site architecture and voice that let Cadence's expertise come through. Working closely with Cadence's team throughout, we took a site of more than 400 URLs and distilled it into a focused, navigable structure, with main pages localized into French, German, and Japanese to serve their international audience. Behind the scenes, the build includes a rebuilt schema setup and a CMS the team can confidently manage on their own. The result is a polished, scalable site that reflects the calibre of Cadence's work and is ready to grow with them.
